In 2019, our founder Sumeet Badhan took the decisive step to harness his creativity and dedication in a way that would make a meaningful impact on students' career journeys. This led to the establishment of "Smart Idea – Computer Training Institute," an endeavor that aimed to guide and support students. While this venture saw success, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 prompted a shift to entirely online operations.

By 2021, Sumeet recognized the need for a different direction. This prompted the transformation of "Smart Idea – Computer Training Institute" into a comprehensive marketing agency, dedicated to assisting businesses in the digital realm. This pivot brought swift growth and a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

The year 2022 brought another significant phase. Sumeet, along with partners Ms. Pratiksha Chavan and Mr. Abhay Bule, oversaw the transition to a self-owned office space and a rebranding as "Bitsystem.in - Digital Marketing Agency." This strategic shift also involved a focused approach, offering digital marketing courses to students and top-notch digital marketing services to businesses.

This shift wasn't made in haste; rather, it was a result of a thorough evaluation and strategy development process to play to our strengths.
